Master Bedroom/Upstairs Loft: A serene retreat with a king-size bed, luxurious linens, and large windows framing the mountain views. The private ensuite spa-like bathroom offers an indulgent relaxing escape, complemented by a cozy seating area for morning coffee or evening stargazing. Second Bedroom: Enjoy a king-size bed wrapped in premium bedding, with a cozy seating area perfect for unwinding. Third Bedroom: Features two queen-size beds with premium bedding, creating a comfortable inviting retreat. Additional Sleeping Area: Perfect for kids or just extra space to stretch out, the living room includes a pull-out sofa with an upgraded memory foam mattress. Whether you’re curling up to watch a movie on the 65” Roku TV or enjoying the stunning mountain views through the floor-to-ceiling windows, you’ll find your ideal retreat right here. The space is bathed in natural light, creating an inviting atmosphere for intimate conversations or peaceful relaxation. For entertainment, you’ll find an array of board games and cards for rainy days. The Dining area is the heart of the cabin, where you can gather for meals with friends and family. The dining table comfortably seats 6 and is complemented by 3 additional barstools at the kitchen island. Enjoy your meals while taking in the panoramic views of the surrounding mountains and sunset. ★ KIDS’ CORNER Our cabin is designated with families in mind, offering a dedicated kids’ corner where the wild ones can explore, imagine, and create their own adventures. Thoughtfully curated, this space is filled with high-quality toys, books, and games, keeping the youngest guests happily entertained. Traveling with littles ones is easier here – a pack ‘n play, high-chair/bumbo seat, walker, and umbrella stroller are neatly stored in one of the closets – so families can travel lighter and stress-free. ★ KITCHEN The open-concept kitchen is a stunning blend of luxury and functionality, featuring modern appliances, generous counter space, and refined finishes throughout. Fully stocked with high-end cookware, dishware, and essentials, it’s designed for effortless meal preparation and entertaining. The master ensuite is a serene spa-lite retreat, featuring a freestanding soaking tub, a tile shower with glass doors, modern fixtures, and a dedicated makeup vanity area – that creates and escape perfect for starting the day in style. The second full bathroom also boasts a beautifully tiled shower with glass doors, premium finishes, and spa-inspired touches. Plush towels, high-end toiletries, and ample lighting enhance the indulgent experience, making every refresh and unwind moment feel special. ★ OUTDOORS Step out onto the back deck and enjoy a breathtaking mountain retreat designed for relaxation and entertainment. The space features a comfortable sitting area perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktails, a soothing hot tub to unwind under the stars, and a Weber grill for effortless al fresco dining. Comfortable rocking chairs invite you to linger and soak in the fresh air, while panoramic views offer AMAZING sunsets that turn every evening into a memorable experience. Whether cooking, relaxing, or simply taking in the scenery, this back-deck oasis is the perfect extension of your luxury getaway. ★ COMMUNITY AMENITIES Relax and unwind in our seasonal pool (Memorial Day-Labor Day), challenge friends on the tennis & pickleball courts, or let the kids have a blast on the playground. Perfect for family fun, active days, or simply enjoying the outdoors.
Other Details to Note
★ Bring your own streaming service log in and passwords if you wish to access such apps. Our Roku TVs are set to log you out of everything upon departure. ★ Please enjoy the hot tub safely! Use at your own risk and let us know immediately if any issues arise. Children under the age of 6 are not permitted in the hot tub. All other children must be supervised. The hot tub should not be used by anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or with certain health conditions (such as pregnancy or heart issues). Shower before entering, wear swimwear, avoid any oils or makeup in the water, and do not bring food or drink the hot tub (ESPECIALLY ANYTHING GLASS). No diving or jumping is allowed. Keep noise to a minimum, especially after 10pm, and always remember to lock the hot tub cover when not in use for safety. Any damage to the hot tub cover will incur a fee equal to the replacement cost plus any fee incurred by my team. ★ We provide full size supplies throughout the home along with several rolls of toilet paper, paper towels, and plenty of garbage bags for every guest’s convenience. These supplies are not to be taken with you when you check out. If any are found to be missing, you will incur a fee equal to the product replacement cost plus any fee incurred by my team. If the product runs out while you’re there, please leave the empty bottle so that our cleaners know to refill it. ★ We offer a propane grill along with a propane tank installed and a full back-up propane tank. If you run out of propane in the full back-up tank, you are responsible for the refill for any further use. We do ask that you please let us know prior to your checkout if both tanks are empty so that we may prepare accordingly for future guests. ★ NO SMOKING of any kind on premises including cigarettes, vapes, e-cigarettes, cigars, and cannabis. A $500 fine will be charged for any violation of our non-smoking policy. This policy helps us maintain a clean, healthy, and respectful environment for all guests. ★ We are NOT PET-FRIENDLY. Any violations will result in immediate eviction and a $500 fine. If you plan to bring a service animal, we ask that you please let us know, in advance, so that we may coordinate extra cleaning post-checkout to properly accommodate any future allergy-sensitive guests. Please note, emotional support animals are not service animals. ★ Any missing or ruined towels will incur a $15 per towel replacement fee. Any missing or ruined sheets will incur a $50 per set replacement fee. If you love our linens and are interested in purchasing some of your own, we are happy to provide you with further details. ★ We offer a flexible cancellation policy, therefore past those applicable dates we do not provide cancellation refunds for any reason. We highly recommend travel insurance for your peace of mind. ★ For your safety and security, exterior cameras are installed at the property. These cameras are positioned at the front entrance and overlooking the rear of the home. They are not actively monitored and are used solely to enhance guest protection. ★ We are located in a Secure/Gated Community with 24/7 Guard Access. To ensure smooth access, the gate requires all vehicles to be registered for every stay. You will automatically receive one gate pass with the name/email associated with the reservation. If additional gate passes are needed, please provide an additional name/email for each additional vehicle. This information must be provided prior to your stay, as no vehicles will be allowed through the gate without being registered. Two vehicles are included with your reservation at no additional charge. Any additional vehicles are subject to the HOA’s $10 per vehicle fee. ★ Any questions or would like to know more we would love to hear from you!
